We offer assistance regardless of whether you choose to report to law enforcement, are unsure about reporting, or have reported and the case is under investigation.
The CVA program provides free and confidential assistance to victims of relationship violence, sexual assault, and stalking by offering advocacy and resource information in civil and criminal matters. For more information, check out our brochure.

If you are a victim of PARTNER OR FAMILY MEMBER ASSAULT, the County Attorney’s Office may file criminal charges against your abuser. You have the right to go to court and file a petition.
